2024 saw the most Editions auctions ever held globally by Phillips. Fifteen sales showcased the depth of the print and multiples category, including the expansion of Editions sales to our Hong Kong saleroom. We met market demand for single artists sales in London, with an inaugural Damien Hirst auction alongside the continued success of our David Hockney and Pablo Picasso - Paper and Clay sales. In New York, Phillips had the honor of selling 50 works from the Estate of James Rosenquist, a collection that celebrated the evolution of the iconic pop artist’s printmaking over nearly 50 years. This expansion of the sale calendar resulted in a global sale total of over $34 million, with 90% of lots sold, and 246 world records set.
