Associate Specialist will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of an auction sale in Hong Kong, whilst cultivating networks among collectors, dealers, curators and others in the contemporary art market. This position is also responsible for leading the research and cataloguing for their sale, while growing and cultivating networks among collectors, dealers, curators, artist representatives and others in the Modern and Contemporary Art market.

As Cataloguer in the Jewellery department in New York, this position is primarily responsible for cataloguing and contributing to all aspects of the catalogue production process for Jewellery Sales for New York. This position will also be responsible for producing Jewellery appraisals/valuations. This position is responsible for leading fine art framing needs for Specialist Departments.

The primary responsibility for this position will be to provide leadership, guidance and support to the Hong Kong Shipping Team, overseeing the shipping of art, jewels and watches, whilst being responsible for assisting internal sales departments and Phillips’ clients with the administration and customer service activities relating to the transportation and storage of artworks and collectables worldwide.

This position will provide support for post-sale administration for Modern and Contemporary Art Online and Live Auctions. In addition, this position will be responsible for the administrative, financial and logistic support in managing the pre-sale & post-sale administration for Editions, Photos & Design Auctions.
