Important and rare set of four high-backed ‘Oxford’ dining chairs and dining table, designed for the dining hall, St. Catherine's College, Oxford

Each chair: rosewood-veneered moulded plywood, bent laminated rosewood; table: rosewood-veneered plywood, bent laminated rosewood.
Each chair: 127.9 x 46.7 x 54.5 cm (50 3/8 x 18 3/8 x 21 1/2 in.)
Table: 69.5 cm (27 3/8 in.) high, 145.4 cm (57 1/4 in.) diameter

Manufactured by Fritz Hansen, Denmark. Underside of two chairs with manufacturer's paper label FH/MADE IN DENMARK/0864/BY FRITZHANSEN/FURNITURE MAKERS DANISH CONTROL and 0963 respectively.
