A Selling Exhibition in collaboration with PRIOR Art Space

Phillips is proud to present a virtual selling exhibition HIRÆTH, in collaboration with PRIOR Art Space. Featuring works by Giorgio Celin, Skyler Chen and Mona Broschar among others.

The works featured in this exhibition are centred around the exhibition title HIRÆTH which translates as a deep longing for the feeling of home and homecoming. The works chosen in this curation address questions of the self, belonging, status, the ability to recognise symbols unique to an individual’s own experience and the feeling of longing for a place that has never been home but that has shaped our life experience.

PRIOR Art Space works with and promotes emerging artists, seeking to enrich the contemporary art landscape through providing a platform for artists from historically underrepresented backgrounds. With locations in multiple cities, PRIOR additionally displays work from the Del Arco and Cuperior collections among others, and produces monthly exhibitions with partner artists and galleries.

Oliver Elst, Cuperior Collection, and Laura del Arco, Del Arco Collection, PRIOR Art Space founders, said, “Our aim is to give visibility and an international stage to artists and so this exhibition in collaboration with PHILLIPS is an amazing opportunity to work with a global platform to show who we consider to be the rising stars of our generation.”
