    - Officially released in 2022, the newest Rolex Deepsea Challenge reference 126067 is the very first watch Rolex has made entirely of titanium. Dubbed RLX Titanium, a grade 5 alloy, the choice of titanium comes with many improvements to the timepiece's performance. Highly resistible against corrosion, it’s also approximately 40% lighter than steel and showcases a more mechanical resistance too.

    - Cased at 50mm in diameter and weighting about 250 grams the timepiece is officially rated to withstand 13 tons of pressure or 11,000m. Its thicker than usual crystal is framed by a unidirectional glossy black Cerachrom insert featuring a standard fully-graduated 60-minute scale filled with platinum. Worn on a RLX Titanium 3-link Oyster bracelet, it comes equipped with a folding Oysterlock safety clasp, Glidelock extension system and Fliplock extension link. The maxi dial in its matte black finish features standard white gold applied markers and hands, filled with Chromalight.

    - Inside, the watch is made alive thanks to Rolex latest generation of movements, it is Superlative Chronometer certified caliber 3230 featuring a Chronergy escapement, a blue paramagnetic Parachrom hairspring and boasting a 70h of power reserve.

    - In excellent overall condition the present Rolex Deepsea Challenge reference 126067 is further accompanied by its full set of accessories.

  • Artist Biography

    Rolex

    Swiss • 1905

Founded in 1905 England by Hans Wilsdorf and Alfred Davis as Wilsdorf & Davis, it soon became known as the Rolex Watch Company in 1915, moving its headquarters to Geneva in 1919. Like no other company, the success of the wristwatch can be attributed to many of Rolex's innovations that made them one of the most respected and well-known of all luxury brands. These innovations include their famous "Oyster" case — the world's first water resistant and dustproof watch case, invented in 1926 — and their "Perpetual" — the first reliable self-winding movement for wristwatches launched in 1933. They would form the foundation for Rolex's Datejust and Day-Date, respectively introduced in 1945 and 1956, but also importantly for their sports watches, such as the Explorer, Submariner and GMT-Master launched in the mid-1950s.

One of its most famous models is the Cosmograph Daytona. Launched in 1963, these chronographs are without any doubt amongst the most iconic and coveted of all collectible wristwatches. Other key collectible models include their most complicated vintage watches, including references 8171 and 6062 with triple calendar and moon phase, "Jean Claude Killy" triple date chronograph models and the Submariner, including early "big-crown" models and military-issued variants.
