Chronographe FB was produced in a limited series of only 200 pieces. It occupies a particularly significant place within the manufacture's modern production, representing not only the final limited edition to be created by F.P. Journe, but also the only Tokyo Boutique anniversary model conceived as an entirely unique reference rather than a variation of an existing watch in the collection.
The Chronographe FB incorporates many of the distinctive characteristics that have come to define the celebrated Tokyo Boutique anniversary editions. Its lightweight 40 mm titanium case is complemented by a pink gold crown and chronograph pushers, while the ruthenium dial lends the watch its unmistakable contemporary aesthetic. The chronograph registers are crafted from sapphire, revealing the underlying components of the movement. The watch further combines a large date display with a flyback chronograph—hence the "FB" designation—allowing the chronograph to be reset and immediately restarted with a single press of the pusher at 4 o'clock.
Powering the watch is the manufacture's calibre 1518.2, executed in 18K rose gold in keeping with F.P. Journe's tradition.
Limited to just 200 examples, the present watch is numbered 173.

Journe brand is relatively young, but already is as highly regarded by collectors as many distinguished manufacturers with centuries-old heritage. In the minds of the world's savviest collectors, Journe is producing some of the finest wristwatches the market has ever seen.
