68.5 x 53.5 x 5.5 cm (26 7/8 x 21 1/8 x 2 1/8 in.)
each numbered 'A 119/250', from the American edition of 250 (there was also a French edition of 250, marked 'F'), 19 of 29 sheets with the printer's blindstamp (Marcel Salinas), published by Harry N. Abrams, New York, contained in the original orange cloth and tan corduroy-covered box with a leather clasp, lacking the title page and colophon.
