With the continuous rise in demand for early Roger Dubuis timepieces in recent times, many believe that these early examples are the true resonance to the late Roger Dubuis. With an illustrious career at some of the most important manufacturers of timepieces, Dubuis spent over 20 years as a watchmaker in the complications department at Patek Philippe. With a gifted talent as a watchmaker, Roger Dubuis started his own brand in 1995.

Launching two collections at the start, the Hommage and Sympathie, these models featured timepieces with various complications including chronographs and perpetual calendars, each example were limited to 28 pieces. The present Roger Dubuis Hommage Quantieme Perpetual in white gold belongs to an early example from the collection of timepieces.
