Launched in 2025, the Anyday is a ground-breaking complication that transformed a wristwatch into a mechanical planner. 18K white gold and 39mm in diameter, no stacks of windows, not a perpetual calendar puzzle, but a simple color-coded concept to display the entire month at a glance.
The logic is simple. Navy blue paints weekdays (Mon-Fri), and the light blue celebrates the weekends (Sat & Sun). The crescent pointer indicates the current date. Four small dots between 31 and 1 preview the first days of the next month in the same code, and the last four days of the previous month.
Thanks to the immaculately finished Krayon Caliber C032 with 72 hours of power reserve, the chaos is sorted in order with 378 components with two cams that does all the heavy lifting. One stores energy across 24 hours and advance each day at midnight. A larger cam advances the date, and at the end of a 31 day month snaps the entire system from 31 to 1 in the same instant. Three lightweight discs in sapphire, aluminum and titanium keep the jump crisp and the inertia low. Two of those discs are minature hand-patined by a Swiss artist, each indicate the day and date of the week. The entire month adjustment can be manually set by just the crown.
The dial in shades of blue features Krayon’s signature Y guilloché pattern. The hours of the day are marked with 6 sided Y markers with 12 visible facets. The hands are mirror-polished with facets that brings out the elegance of time reading. A debut at auction for the Anyday, this is the most elegant way to plan your month.
