Good to know:
- Released in 2014 to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the brand
- Hand-painted porcelain dial by in-house artisans
- Innovative Spring Drive movement with the advanced Torque Return System
Released in 2014, the Eichi II is the successor to original Eichi from 2008, commemorating the 40th anniversary of the Credor brand and the 15th anniversary of Spring Drive. In fact, the watch is known in horological circles as the Japanese version of the Philippe Dufour Simplicity, as the renowned Swiss watchmaker advised the Micro Artist Studio on its finishing.
The porcelain dial is hand-painted by artisans of the Micro Artist Studio who rely on a tiny brush and a microscope, only one dial can be produced per day.
On the reverse of the timepiece is the display of the equally stunning Spring Drive cal. 7R14A that every bevelled edges, mirror-polished ruby sinks, and heat-blued screws creates a compelling canvas with impeccable finishing. The Spring Drive movement is controlled by the advanced Tri-Synchro Regulator, using a quartz oscillator and integrated circuit and without the need of a battery, to achieve greater precision. The electromagnetic control of the glide wheel also results in the iconic gliding motion of the seconds hand.
Offered in excellent condition with its original accessories, the Eichi II is a refined timepiece that stands alongside the finest European watches for excellence and technical mastery.
