The Chanel J12 was initially launched in 2000 and was regarded the first unisex wristwatch with an iconic design launched by the firm. Initially introduced in black ceramic, the white edition was released three years later in 2003.
To commemorate 17 years of J12, Chanel launched a couple of limited edition of 555 pieces for each white and black ceramic. An instant hit, the dial depicts Mrs. Coco Chanel in cartoon form with articulated hands telling the time. The present lot comes as a set with a white and black ceramic example, both of which are presented in excellent overall condition and complete with the full set of accessories.
