- Featuring a natural lapis lazuli monobloc dial
- Numbered A024, an early individually numbered example of the Lapis Lazuli Mirage 34
- Accompanied by its full set of accessories

The Berneron Mirage 34 is built around a simple but unusual idea: the movement should not be forced into a conventional shape. Instead, each component is given the optimal space it needs, resulting in a watch that feels unlike almost anything else currently being made.

The present example features a natural lapis lazuli dial, selected and inspected by hand for its color and character. The lapis lazuli forms a single sculpted surface, with the small seconds integrated directly into the stone rather than added as a separate sub-dial, leaving just 0.40mm of material in this area. The work is done entirely by hand and takes approximately an hour to complete.

The compact case gives the Mirage 34 a distinctive presence on the wrist, while its slim profile allows the unusual shape to remain elegant and surprisingly easy to wear. Inside, the hand-wound calibre 215 was developed specifically for the watch, with its architecture carefully adapted to the distinctive form of the case. The movement is constructed almost entirely in 18K gold and combines traditional hand-finishing techniques including guilloché, anglage and black polishing. It also offers a generous 72-hour power reserve, allowing the watch to be set aside for several days without needing to be rewound.

Numbered A024, the present watch is an especially appealing early example of Berneron’s work. With production limited to just 24 pieces per year for each dial colour, the Lapis Lazuli Mirage 34 remains an exceptionally rare creation. The combination of a naturally varied stone dial, unusual asymmetric architecture and a movement developed specifically for the case gives the watch a character that is difficult to confuse with anything else.
