GOOD TO KNOW
• Like-new condition, complete set, consigned by the original owner
• Features a vibrant blue Cerachrom bezel

-Introduced in 2020, the Rolex Submariner Date reference 126619LB marked the evolution of Rolex's precious metal dive watch, succeeding the celebrated "Smurf" reference 116619LB. Crafted entirely from 18K white gold, it pairs a striking black lacquer dial with a blue Cerachrom bezel, a color combination that has earned the model the collector nickname "Cookie Monster." The reference also debuted the current-generation 41 mm Submariner case with refined proportions and slimmer lugs.

-Maintaining the Submariner's reputation as one of the world's foremost professional dive watches, the reference features a unidirectional Cerachrom bezel, Triplock screw-down crown, and 300-meter water resistance. Beneath the solid white gold exterior beats Rolex's manufacture Caliber 3235 automatic movement, equipped with the Chronergy escapement and approximately 70 hours of power reserve, while the Oyster bracelet incorporates the brand's Glidelock extension system for precise adjustment.

-Combining the understated appearance of stainless steel with the heft and exclusivity of solid white gold, the present reference offers one of the most discreetly luxurious executions of the iconic Submariner. Equally suited to everyday wear or serious diving, the 126619LB has become one of the most sought-after modern precious metal sports watches in the Rolex catalogue.

Rolex

Swiss | 1905

Founded in 1905 England by Hans Wilsdorf and Alfred Davis as Wilsdorf & Davis, it soon became known as the Rolex Watch Company in 1915, moving its headquarters to Geneva in 1919. Like no other company, the success of the wristwatch can be attributed to many of Rolex's innovations that made them one of the most respected and well-known of all luxury brands. These innovations include their famous "Oyster" case — the world's first water resistant and dustproof watch case, invented in 1926 — and their "Perpetual" — the first reliable self-winding movement for wristwatches launched in 1933. They would form the foundation for Rolex's Datejust and Day-Date, respectively introduced in 1945 and 1956, but also importantly for their sports watches, such as the Explorer, Submariner and GMT-Master launched in the mid-1950s.

One of its most famous models is the Cosmograph Daytona. Launched in 1963, these chronographs are without any doubt amongst the most iconic and coveted of all collectible wristwatches. Other key collectible models include their most complicated vintage watches, including references 8171 and 6062 with triple calendar and moon phase, "Jean Claude Killy" triple date chronograph models and the Submariner, including early "big-crown" models and military-issued variants.
