all signed, dated '96' and annotated 'IL/L' in pencil (from the deluxe edition of 50, the standard edition was 200 and 50 artist's proofs), all poems signed and annotated in pencil, published by American Image Editions, New York, the sheets loose (as issued), all contained in original brown paper-covered portfolio, lacking the aluminium case with screenprint.
