    This photograph was shown in Ray Metzker’s first one-man exhibition held at the Wright Museum at Beloit College. Metzker had earned his undergraduate degree at Beloit, and at the time of his 1959 exhibition he was in the process of completing his Master’s degree at the Institute of Design in Chicago.
