    The present pink gold hunter cased chronograph recorder pocket watch by Patek Philippe from 1907 is a beautiful “pre-reference” piece that has been preserved in excellent overall condition throughout its lifetime. Engraved “CL” on the caseback, the initials are of the original owner from Argentina. When opened, the case reveals a well-executed white enamel dial with two registers indicating constant seconds and a 30-minute register. Featuring classic Breguet style numerals, the present pocket watch is a fantastic specimen from the early 20th century with elements perfectly in line with the manufacturer till date. Furthermore, the present pocket watch is accompanied by the original certificate from 1907, original presentation box and a Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming its subsequent date of manufacture with its corresponding case and movement numbers.

Other famous models include perpetual calendars such as the ref. 1526, ref. 3448 and 3450, chronographs such as the reference 130, 530 and 1463, as well as reference 1436 and 1563 split seconds chronographs. Patek is also well-known for their classically styled, time-only "Calatrava" dress watches, and the "Nautilus," an iconic luxury sports watch first introduced in 1976 as the reference 3700 that is still in production today.
