Succeeding the reference 5004, the 5204 marked a key transition as the first model in this category powered by a fully in-house movement, the manually wound cal. CHR 29-535 PS Q, replacing the modified Lemania-based architecture of its predecessor. The movement incorporates seven patented innovations, including an advanced split-seconds isolator mechanism designed to eliminate friction drag on the balance wheel, a cam-and-roller system that reduces alignment error between chronograph hands by approximately 75 percent, and optimized wheel tooth profiles for improved energy transmission and serviceability.
Cased in platinum with a 40mm diameter, this reference 5204P-011 variant features a black dial appointed with luminous white gold hands and applied hour markers. Offered fresh to the market, this timepiece is preserved in excellent overall condition and is accompanied by its full set of original presentation accessories, original Certificate of Origin, solid platinum caseback, setting pin and presentation box.
