- The present example features a striking blue sunburst dial with a lighter center gradient, complemented by contrasting white Arabic numerals and a sweeping seconds hand, creating depth and exceptional legibility.

- The sapphire case back reveals Patek Philippe’s superb finishing, including Côtes de Genève, mirror polishing, and perlage.

- In excellent condition, the present example is accompanied by certificate origin, an extra black rubber strap and Patek Philippe fitted box.

For collectors, key models include the reference 1518, the world's first serially produced perpetual calendar chronograph, and its successor, the reference 2499.
