Full-Cataloguing
• Introduced in 2024, the Cubitus line is Patek Philippe’s first new collection in over 25 years
• Full collector’s set
A defining moment in the modern history of Patek Philippe, the Cubitus collection marks the manufacture’s first entirely new family in over a quarter century—an audacious departure that signals both confidence and evolution. At the pinnacle of the collection stands the present reference 5822P-001, a platinum flagship distinguished not only by its imposing presence but also by its sophisticated suite of complications. Measuring 45 mm across with a remarkably slim profile of under 10 mm, the case achieves a rare equilibrium between architectural presence and refined wearability. Executed in platinum with alternating satin-brushed and polished finishes, it is further elevated by the discreet yet emblematic baguette diamond set at 6 o’clock—a hallmark reserved for Patek Philippe’s most noble metal creations.
The dial is a study in modern texture and asymmetrical harmony. Rendered in a sunburst blue tone with horizontal embossing, it plays dynamically with light, reinforcing the sporty yet elevated spirit of the Cubitus line. Powering the watch is the self-winding caliber 240 PS CI J LU, an ultra-thin movement built upon Patek Philippe’s revered micro-rotor architecture.
Offered in like-new condition with its full set of accessories, the present example represents a rare opportunity to acquire one of Patek Philippe’s most important and forward-looking modern creations at the very outset of its legacy.
