Patek Philippe
Ref. 5235G-001
Regulator
A fine white gold annual calendar wristwatch with small seconds, two-tone silvered regulator dial and Certificate of Origin
Full-Cataloguing
- Featuring a three-tone dial and navy blue numerals, the watch offers incredible symmetry and legibility. Powering the timepiece is Patek Philippe’s ultra-thin automatic caliber 31-260 REG QA. The rhodium-plated movement showcases a distinctive regulator-style architecture, visible through the sapphire display caseback.
- Notably, this caliber integrates advanced components, including a silicon escape wheel, anchor, and balance spring. These elements contribute to the movement's antimagnetic and shock-resistant properties, enhancing long-term reliability and precision. The layout is both unconventional and elegant, exemplifying Patek Philippe’s expertise in merging technical sophistication with aesthetic appeal.
- In 2019, Patek Philippe officially discontinued the ref. 5235 in white gold, replacing it with a pink gold version featuring a black outer track, subsidiary dials, and a dark grey dial. It remains highly sought after for its clean, modern aesthetic and rarity. Offered in excellent overall condition, the present circa 2017 example comes with its Certificate of Origin from Japan.
