Catalogue Essay
The reference 3919 was released in 1985 and remained in production until 2006. It was available in all three gold metals and came with and without bracelets. One of the most recognizable characteristics was the hobnail bezel (Clou de Paris) featured on the Ateliers Réunis case, key code number 28. An intriguing design, this is no longer available on the current model. It is interesting to note that the original certificate is stamped by the retailer Orologeria Svizzera, Firenze, which was the Panerai retailer in Florence and therefore it would have been for a very special client that they would have obtain and sold a Patek Philippe wristwatch.

Fresh to the market, the present model is in excellent overall condition and is an early model dating from 1986. This is a rare opportunity to own a modern classic that is now 33 years old and retains the freshness it did when it left the Patek Philippe factory.
