We have never seen another example of this reference by Patek Philippe and believe it was a retirement gift to long time collaborators such as Myrta Bichli who had spent 25 years at the famed manufacture.
The wooden case features elaborate gilt colored engraved motifs surrounding a gilt dial with “Louis XV” style hands.
An original item, the present clock will definitely be a conversation piece.
