Kudoke 2, SHH Edition
A "like-new" and attractive limited edition stainless steel wristwatch with hand-engraved "Flakes" dial, 24-hour, day/night indication, certificate and presentation box, one of a limited edition of 20 pieces made for Sincere Fine Watches
Full-Cataloguing
In 2019, German independent watchmaker Kudoke introduced the Kudoke 2, launching a voyage into dial artistry across a spectrum of colors: silver, black, anthracite, forest green and salmon. The Kudoke 2 SHH Edition is a 20‑piece limited series created exclusively for Sincere Fine Watches Singapore. It brings a distinctive flourish to the Kudoke 2 by introducing, for the very first time, the brand’s hand‑engraved “flakes” dial finish, previously reserved for the Kudoke 3.
The dial, rendered in champagne rosé, is alive with hundreds of tiny hand‑engraved divots, each one unique, producing a subtle sparkle and texture that is never repeated. At 12 o’clock, the signature day/night indicator is elevated with deep engraving: a rose‑gold plated sun contrasts with a moon and stars motif, the latter treated with blue lume. Kudoke’s elegant infinity‑shaped hands are similarly lumed in green Super‑Luminova for clarity and balance.
Inside beats the cal. 1‑24H, developed with Habring² and inspired by traditional English and German pocket‑watch movements. Its three‑quarter plate is richly decorated with free‑hand engraving, blued screws, and gilt frosting, complemented by modern refinements such as polished bevels.
Encased in a discreet 39 mm stainless steel case, this SHH Edition places emphasis on artisanal craft and movement architecture rather than ostentation. Limited to just 20 pieces, the present Kudoke 2 SHH Edition is offered in hardly worn condition with its full set of accessories, including an autograph by founders Stefan and Ev Kudoke on the presentation box.
