To commemorate the turn of the millennium on January 1st, 2000, IWC introduced a special edition of its landmark grand complication, the Da Vinci. Originally debuting in 1970 and revolutionized in 1985 by Kurt Klaus with the addition of a synchronized perpetual calendar with a four-digit year display, the collection reached a new pinnacle for the year 2000 with the reference IW375203 Da Vinci Tourbillon.

This edition combines three major horological complications: a flying tourbillon regulator, a perpetual calendar with digital year display, moon phases and a chronograph. The 39mm 18K yellow gold case features the line’s signature stepped bezel and articulating hooded lugs, ensuring exceptional comfort on the wrist whilst keeping the elegant aesthetic. Produced in a strictly limited run of 200 pieces in yellow gold (alongside 50 examples in platinum), the present timepiece represents number 75 of the edition.

Preserved in excellent overall condition, the yellow gold case exhibits crisp hallmarks and an attractive, light layer of natural surface patina, indicating minimal wear. Offering a fusion of IWC's calendar engineering and traditional haute horlogerie finishing, this millennium-edition reference IW375203 is accompanied by its original guarantee card and presentation box.
