Good to know:
- Small arrow hand on the dial for month display
- Easy date and time adjustment with the Flash Calendar function
- In-house movement with interchangeable module for better maintenance efficiency
The Moser Perpetual 1, now called Endeavour Perpetual, was the first watch when H. Moser & Cie re-launched in 2005. The watch gained immediate success for its clean aesthetic and innovative design, even winning the 2006 Grand Prix d'Horlogerie de Genève (GPHG) award in the “Complicated Watch” category and later the 2010 Golden Unruh Award.
The mechanism of the watch is truly impressive, operating on the in-house cal. HMC 341.501 movement. The present Perpetual 1, in platinum casing, does not look like any ordinary perpetual calendar watches with calendar displays. The month display is cleverly hidden as the small arrow hand at the centre, while the leap year indicator is at the rear of the watch.
Deeper into the movement, it features an interchangeable Moser escapement module with a hardened pallet fork, allowing easy swapping of the module if needed, which increases the efficiency of any required servicing. The exclusive Moser tooth system ensures the wheels operate in low-friction, minimizing the need for maintenance. The twin barrels provide the watch with a 7-day power reserve.
Presented in excellent overall condition with its original accessories, the Moser Perpetual 1 is a lovely watch that carries on the aesthetics of the brand and delivers it with a touch of modernity and innovative mechanism.
