  • Catalogue Essay

Since the release of the firm’s very first Royal Oak Offshore Chronograph model in 1993, Audemars Piguet has introduced a diverse range of variations with differing materials, sizes and complications. Initially released to cater towards the contemporary demand of collectors, the larger case dimension was a breakthrough and was immediately in trend. While the initial model featured a case size measuring 42mm in diameter, the firm released smaller iterations measuring 37mm in diameter for the discerned lady collector.

The present Royal Oak Offshore Chronograph encased in a forged carbon case fitted with a diamond-set bezel is the firm’s testament to their technical excellence in incorporating new materials on a wristwatch executed with traditional craftsmanship. With a comfortably light and sturdy case, the all black appeal contrasted with it diamond-set bezel and red accents certainly exudes a sporty vibe perfect to wear at the gym.

Presented in attractive overall condition and value, the present lot is further accompanied by its original warranty and presentation box.
