GOOD TO KNOW
• Pristine, virtually new condition, consigned by the original owner
• Exceptional black ceramic case with 18K yellow gold accents
• New generation model in 43mm diameter case

-In 1993, two decades after the original Royal Oak was launched, Audemars Piguet presented the Offshore, a masculine chronograph designed by Emmanuel Gueit and aimed at a younger clientele. Over the decades the model evolved with new complications and materials, while retaining its core aesthetic.

-Audemars Piguet released a new generation Royal Oak Offshore chronograph in 2021 with a slightly larger 43mm diameter case, compared to earlier 42mm models, and housing the brand’s new in-house caliber 4401. The flyback chronograph caliber measured 6.8mm thick allowing the watch to have a slim profile with the watch fitting comfortably on the wristwatch.

-The reference 26420CE impresses with the yellow gold pusher and crown guard and links complimenting the durable black ceramic case. Consigned by the original owner, the present watch is pristine in virtually unworn condition.

Audemars Piguet

Swiss | 1881

A specialist in the manufacture of complications since it was established in 1881, Audemars Piguet never ceases to impress with a rich history of creating bold, even audacious, timepieces underpinned by traditional watchmaking at its finest. This Le Brassus-based Swiss manufacturer is one of only two major manufacturers still owned by the founding family. Since its earliest days, AP is considered a leader in the field of minute repeaters and grande complication pocket and wristwatches. The brand is devoted to preserving the history of watchmaking in the Vallée de Joux, showcased at their superb museum in Le Brassus.

Today, the brand is best known for its Royal Oak models, a revolutionary luxury sports watch launched in 1972. Other key models include early minute repeating wristwatches, vintage chronograph wristwatches, such as the oversized reference 5020, perpetual calendar watches and the Royal Oak Offshore, first introduced in 1993.
