At its launch, this movement was notable for being the thinnest self-winding chronograph ever, with a mere thickness of 5.5mm. In 2019, the reference 26715 was introduced, presenting a more polished and unisex interpretation of the original Royal Oak while maintaining its classic slim profile. Despite superficial similarities, the ref. 26715 comes with a completely revamped three-piece case.
