Quantieme Perpetual
A highly rare, possibly unique and opulent white gold, diamonds and sapphire-set square-shaped perpetual calendar wristwatch with moon phases, blue mother-of-pearl and pavé diamond-set dial
Full-Cataloguing
A perfect union of Haute Horologies and Joaillerie, the model is cased in white gold, and just admiring the bezel alone is mind-boggling. Bejewelled with sapphires at 12, 3, 6 and 9 in Roman numerals, two rows of diamonds encircles its pavé perpetual calendar dial. The subdials radiates with the charm of blue mother-of-pearls that dances in harmony with its sapphire hour markers.
All numbered 1 on the caseback, according to our research there were possibly four configurations made: Sapphires, diamonds, rubies and emeralds. This design was also translated to pocket watches, Phillips had the pleasure to offer one of these pocket watches with Ruby setting in 2019, also numbered 1.
Presented in an attractive overall condition, the present creation is certainly a show-stopper for its unbridled beauty.
