Artworks and experiences are sold to benefit National Gallery Singapore’s vision of fostering and inspiring a thoughtful, creative and inclusive society. Part of the proceeds raised during the benefit auction will be channelled to the participating artists to support their community.
Estimates for this auction are in United States (US) dollars.
Bidding will be in US dollars.
Given the charitable nature of this Auction, Buyer’s Premium at a specially reduced rate of 5% of the Hammer Price will be added to the total purchase price invoiced and will be donated in its entirety to National Gallery Singapore.
The online auction is held alongside National Gallery Singapore’s Gallery Benefit | Past. Future. Present. which will take place on 20 January 2022, marking the closing of a year-long celebration of the Gallery’s 5th Anniversary. The highlight of the evening will be the Charity Auction, which will comprise of Lots 1 – 13. This will be a signature event that brings together unique dialogue sessions and conversations with thought leaders and collectors as part of the programme.
