All bidding is subject to Phillips’s Online Conditions of Sale, as available on the How to Buy Page on our website.

Please note that the Bids exclude the Buyer’s Premium, which is calculated on the hammer price of the lot at the following rates on a cumulative basis:

25% on the portion of the hammer price up to and including HK$3,000,000; and

20% on the portion of the hammer price above HK$3,000,000 up to and including HK$30,000,000 and

13.5% on the portion of the hammer price above HK$30,000,000

The countdown timer above indicates when the first lot in the sale will close. Each subsequent lot will close one minute after the preceding lot. If a bid is placed in the final three minutes of bidding time on a given lot, the bidding time for that lot will be reset to three minutes. The bidding time will be reset to three minutes each time a new bid is placed during the extended bidding time.

Please note that once the sale goes live all bids placed cannot be cancelled.
