14.5% of the portion of the hammer price above HK$50,000,000.

If a bid is placed in the final three minutes of bidding time on a given lot, the bidding time for that lot will be reset to three minutes. The bidding time will be reset to three minutes each time a new bid is placed during the extended bidding time.
