Signed and annotated 'HMP I' in pencil (one of ten unique hand-coloured variants in Roman numerals, there was also an edition of 99 without hand-colouring), co-published by JRP Next, Geneva (with their blindstamp) and Galerie Maria Bernheim, London, contained in the original artist's specified white painted wooden frame.
