Established in 1967 by Bronx native Ralph Lauren himself, the brand quickly became its own trend with a focus on sports hence the line “Polo”. Regarded as one of the most established boutiques today including both menswear and womenswear, Ralph Lauren approached the Richemont group in 2004 to partner and launch the Ralph Lauren Watch and Jewelry line. In 2009, the firm launched their very first timepieces.

The present Ralph Lauren Sports Chronograph in black ceramic embraces the firm’s approach to its fine design and principles. Housed inside is the caliber RL750 based on the Jaeger-LeCoultre automatic movement with a power reserve of 48 hours. Featuring a large 45mm diameter case, the sporty appeal achieved by its all-black appearance is further cemented by its naked screws on the bezel as one would see on some of the most iconic sports watches today.
