Each of circular form with five lobes, the borders with a reeded band framing, decorated with alternating shells and cherub heads, the rim ornamented with rocaille and crosshatched motifs, the center engraved with coat of arms of Admiral George Anson (1697–1762), surmounted by a baronial crown bearing the motto ‘Nil desperandum’, supported by a sea horse and a seal, diameter approximately 248mm, British hallmarks for silver and maker's mark for Paul de Lamerie, later gilding and cherub heads, probably 19th century.
