Signed with initials and numbered 'E.A.' in black ink on the label affixed to the reverse of the frame (an artist's proof, the edition was 110), published by Gallerie d’Arte Cortina, Milan, after the unique object of 1920, made in Italy, contained in the original artist's specified wooden frame.

Andrew Strauss and Timothy Baum of the Man Ray Expertise Committee have confirmed the authenticity of this work under reference 00597-O-2025 and that the edition of this work will be included in the Catalogue of Objects & Sculpture of Man Ray, currently in preparation.
