Chronographs by Longines are considered amongst the best made, most attractive and, consequently, collectable in the world. They stand out by an incredible level of sophistication in terms of design and unmatched movement finish. The present example is not only one of the largest known today but also one of the most attractive thanks to its silver and rose two-tone dial and the telemeter and the tachometer scales printed in blue. Originally sold to Italy in 1935 it is without a doubt one of the best looking wristwatches of the pre WWII period.
