Ark Journal Editor in Chief Mette Barfod co-founded the biannual, Copenhagen‐based magazine in 2019 with a mission to celebrate Scandinavian architecture, design and art by visiting extraordinary homes around the world. Volume 4, to be released in October 2020, explores elements at the core of Danish design — originality, innovation, and craftsmanship — from young and upcoming talents to the classics created by renowned Danish architects, such as Arne Jacobsen, Poul Kjærholm, and Poul Henningsen.
