In a Commercial Guide to Rome (y. 1888) by Tito Monaci, there is a listing for Adolfo Bencini, maker of jewellery, silver and watches with two locations in Naples and in Rome. It is also noted that he was a supplier to the Highnesses, the Duke and Duchess of Genoa.
