Set with an unheated Burmese pear-shaped cabochon sapphire, weighing approximately 42.63 carats, within a marquise-cut diamond cluster surround, from a marquise-cut diamond chain, mounted in 18K white gold, length 17 inches, pendant is detachable.
With report no.0909039 dated 3 September 2009 from the Gübelin Gem Lab, stating that the sapphire is of Burma (Myanmar) origin, with no indications of heat treatment
