The white and red enamelled Order's cross, centering upon a medallion with applied bust of St. Elisabeth, the reverse with ornamented monogram 'E' within stylized laurel leaves, in gold and white enamel, decorated with pink and green enamelled roses, suspended from a gold ribbon, all to a white grosgrain silk bow ribbon with red edges, the medallion measuring approximately 35 x 20mm, length approximately 60mm, accompanied by a fitted case.
