Set with a circular-cut diamond centered on a hexagonal onyx plaque, within a frame of rose-cut diamonds, suspending a line of circular-cut diamonds and a natural pearl drop measuring approximately 7.65 x 9.71mm, with an onyx and rose-cut diamond-set surmount, length approximately 63mm.
