Set with two button-shaped natural pearls measuring approximately 10.00-10.40 x 9.30mm and 10.00-10.35 x 9.30mm, two cultured pearls, and a cushion-shaped diamond, accented with circular-cut diamonds, measuring approximately 50 x 40mm.
