Seventeen watch-related brands are offering rare items and money-can’t-buy experiences that will be auctioned during Geneva Watch Days to provide scholarships for apprentices at the Geneva School of Watchmaking.

Items such as Felix Baumgartner’s personal tool kit that he used at watchmaking school before co-founding Urwerk, a full set of MB&F Minimillians, and a weekend away in Jorge Werdelin’s hideaway cabin in Portugal are just some of the things that will be up for grabs.

For aviation lovers, Breitling is offering an experience with the Patrouille Suisse, and for Formula 1 fans, TAG Heuer has a Max Verstappen race suit up for grabs …and that is just the start. Find the full list of lots below.

Where and When

This will be the third edition of the Geneva Watch Days X Phillips in Association with Bacs & Russo charity auction that has been gaining momentum since it was inaugurated in 2023. The event will be held inside the official Geneva Watch Days Pavilion on La Rotonde du Mont Blanc on Saturday 6th September 2025 at 6 p.m. To take part in the auction – as a bidder or a spectator – please kindly pre-register here.

The Geneva School of Watchmaking

Profits from the sale will go to the Pierre Amstutz Fund, a non-profit organization which was named after the former director of the Geneva School of Watchmaking. Money raised goes to providing scholarships for the school’s watchmaking and micromechanics apprentices who can sometimes find themselves in precarious financial situations, which can impact their studies.

A total of CHF 218,000 has been raised to date, and this year’s exceptional lots will take this sum even higher, enabling more apprentices to carry out their studies in optimal conditions.

LOT 9. Konstantin Chaykin

This year the world celebrates the 300th anniversary of the first publication of Antonio Vivaldi’s renowned set of twelve concertos, Il cimento dell’armonia e dell’inventione.
