- Initially launched as a chronograph watch with a date function, earlier versions featured rubber chronograph pushers that were prone to wear and tear. The 2014 upgrade features ceramic crown and pushes to ensure durability and paved the way for future use of ceramic material for the Royal Oak Offshore lineage.
- The present example featuring an ivory and copper brown accents captures your attention with its mega tapisserie dial belongs to one of the six models introduced in 2014 at SIHH. Like the eyes of a lion, this “Safari” version features large applied numerals in an attractive brown that glows green amongst the dark.
