Signed, dated and numbered in pencil on the reverse of the figure, published by The Contemporary Arts Center, Cincinnati, with very minor surface soiling at the lower right white of the figure (presumably consistent with the artist's process), the slipcase with very minor surface soiling at the left center side, otherwise in very good condition.
