2011年巴塞爾錶展中，百達翡麗發表限量300枚的型號5550鉑金萬年曆腕錶，充分融合傳統理念與創新元素的製錶美學，與前面三款年曆錶不同的是，型號5550萬年曆手錶是第一枚集合全部矽材質零件Oscillomax®系統的腕錶 (GyromaxSi®擺輪、Spiromax®游絲、Pulsomax®擒縱器) ，用以提高動力儲存、走時精準度、和減低部件的耗損率。型號5550機芯的最特別之處還有，不同於之前圓形的蝴蝶造型的矽擺輪，透過藍寶石水晶玻璃放大鏡的部分，可仔細欣賞革命性GyromaxSi矽擺輪之美。

Patek's complicated vintage watches hold the highest number of world records for results achieved at auction compared with any other brand. For collectors, key models include the reference 1518, the world's first serially produced perpetual calendar chronograph, and its successor, the reference 2499. Other famous models include perpetual calendars such as the ref. 1526, ref. 3448 and 3450, chronographs such as the reference 130, 530 and 1463, as well as reference 1436 and 1563 split seconds chronographs.
