Reference 2481 is immediately recognizable with its large case diameter of 37 mm. and very prominent fluted lugs. Due to the large size of the case, Patek often use it for their enamel wristwatches. The present wristwatch is part of a limited number of approximately 150 pieces that were made in tribute to the King of Saudi Arabia.
