Parmigiani Fleurier is a Swiss brand founded in 1996 in Val-de-Travers focusing on hand-made men’s and women’s haute horologie wristwatches. In 2014, at SIHH they revealed the Tonda Métrographe chronograph wristwatch for gentlemen and the Métropolitaine for ladies. The new pieces were described as appealing to a “young and dynamic” clientele.
The chronograph like the present has a large 40 mm diameter case with oversized articulated lugs. The uniquely designed dial features a skewed figure eight 30-minute and 12-hour register pattern, with constant seconds at the 3 o’clock and an elongated arched date sector display at the 6. The watch has a clean modern appeal with a curving profile.
The wristwatch is in excellent overall condition and accompanied by its international guarantee, presentation box and Parmigiani Fleurier stainless steel and titanium link bracelet.
