HM8設計靈感源自於加拿大美國優勝杯賽事Can-Am（Canadian-American Challenge Cup），設計帶有強烈的汽車風格，例如錶殼兩側顯眼的鈦金屬裝飾桿，用來致敬當年賽車上用於保護車手的「防滾桿」（Roll bars）。承襲品牌前衛開創精神，透過HM8的藍寶石水晶視窗，清晰可見翻轉機芯設計和MB&F標誌性的藍色戰斧自動擺陀。錶背的雙油槽設計、汽車風格的雙向跳時、推進式分鐘顯示等等細節忠實呈現對賽車的崇高致敬。
